Sally Kate Collins

Sally Kate Collins serves as a Clinical Dietitian out of the Tupelo office at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. Sally Kate received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and her Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition along with her coordinated dietetic internship from Colorado State University. As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE), Sally Kate will focus on serving children within the context of MCAM’s weight management and diabetes programs, as well as counsel patients with food allergies. Mrs. Collins has prior clinical dietitian experience in a large endocrinology practice in north Mississippi along with inpatient experience at Corinth Regional Hospital and Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colorado. Sally Kate is married to Tatum Collins and they have two rescue dogs, Piper and Trax. Some of her passions include cheering on Ole Miss athletics, using her husband as a guinea pig for new recipes, and volunteering for various organizations. Currently, Sally Kate is serving as President of Northeast Mississippi Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NEMSAND).

Callie Trice, MS, RD


Callie Trice serves as a Pediatric Dietitian at the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine and is an integral part of the Pediatric Obesity Medicine and Nutrition program. In this role, Callie will work with Dr. Herring to focus on improving outcomes for children and adolescents with obesity and related conditions. Callie will also serve pediatric allergy, cardiology and gastroenterology patients at MCAM. Ms. Trice holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Dietetics from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. Prior to joining MCAM, Callie served as a research assistant at Seattle Children’s, as a substitute teacher in Anchorage, Alaska and has completed a variety of internships in dietetics including time at Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo and at bariatric surgical facility in Modesto, California. In her spare time, Callie enjoys exercising, cooking and hiking with her dogs.
