Kristinna Burditt serves as a Marketing and Referral Coordinator at MCAM where she works out of the 401 Baptist Drive offices. Kristinna’s role includes scheduling incoming and outgoing referrals for hematology, mental health therapy, plastic surgery and rheumatology. Ms. Burditt also utilizes her creative skills on marketing projects and materials for MCAM and maintains the website. Prior to MCAM, she served as the Wish Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Mississippi where she organized the entire wish process for each child’s wish including all of the travel, accommodations, and itinerary logistics. She has also worked as an Administrative Marketing Coordinator for Trustmark National Bank and a Volunteer Coordinator for Mississippi Food Network. Ms. Burditt is married to Wade and they have two children, Annison and August. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Gracie Curley, BA

Gracie Curley serves as a Patient Services Representative at MCAM, primarily working out of the Old Canton Road offices. Gracie’s role includes patient check-in, scheduling appointments, answering the phone lines and greeting patient families with a warm smile and willingness to help. Ms. Curley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Allied Health from the University of Mississippi. A native of central Mississippi, Gracie is excited to begin her post-college career serving pediatric patient families at MCAM. Prior to joining MCAM, Gracie worked in various customer service roles throughout her time at Ole Miss. At MCAM, Gracie will be working to primarily serve pediatric allergy, pediatric audiology, pediatric plastic surgery, pediatric pulmonology, pediatric rheumatology, hematology and neuromuscular medicine patients and their families. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, golfing, shopping and traveling.

Amber Davis, BS

Amber Davis

Amber Davis serves as the Manager of the Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic by MCAM. In this role, Amber oversees the clinic’s operations, staffing and growth. The urgent care is staffed by board certified pediatricians and serves all children regardless of ability to pay. Mrs. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delta State University. Amber’s healthcare experience includes time as a pediatric neurophysiology technician, an operating room surgical support technician and a patient services representative. She also has experience in a variety of retail and customer service-oriented positions. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Mississippi State Bulldogs and spending time with her husband, Mitch, and son, Jack Carroll.

Cole Gaddy, BS

Cole Gaddy serves as a Project Coordinator at the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this role, he will work closely with the Credentialing department to help new physicians and providers get credentialed including licensing, obtaining liability coverage, hospital privileges and on payer credentialing. He will also be working on MCAM’s outreach to referring providers and in other operational areas. Cole is a recent graduate of Belhaven University’s Health Administration program having also completed an administrative internship at MCAM while he was in school. While at Belhaven, Cole was a member of the varsity letterwinner on the football team, served as the President of the Belhaven Future Healthcare Leaders and served as the lone Mississippi student representative on the American College of Healthcare Executive’s board. In his spare time, Cole enjoys walks with his future wife, working out, fishing, playing tennis, basketball, and guitar. 

Ashley Googe, BS

Ashley Googe serves as a Referral Coordinator at MCAM, primarily scheduling both incoming and outgoing referrals for audiology, endocrinology and metabolic medicine. Ashley’s role includes scheduling new patient referrals from outside of MCAM and scheduling additional referrals when an MCAM subspecialist would like to refer a patient to another provider. Mrs. Googe holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining MCAM she held a variety of roles at the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association and has provided in-home childcare for a special needs child. While patient families typically interact with Ashley on the phone, they should know that Ashley always has a smile on her face and approaches each referral with a willingness to help. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys being around family and spending time outdoors including hiking, biking and playing soccer.

Ashley Guerdan, BS

Ashley Guerdan serves as a Patient Services Representative at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this role, Ashley works primarily at MCAM’s Baptist Drive office greeting patients with a friendly smile and service oriented approach. Ashley works to check patients in, assists with patient and MyChart registration and processes referrals, phone calls and faxes. Ashley’s healthcare experience includes working in an administrative support role in a pediatric gastroenterology setting. She also has experience in a variety of customer service oriented roles including an office manager at Anser Services, a general manager at Jo To Go and as a general manager at Little Caesar’s. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Tori Haddad

Tori Haddad serves as a Patient Services Representative, primarily located at MCAM’s offices on Old Canton Road in Madison. At MCAM, Tori’s primary responsibilities include patient check in and registration, processing intake paperwork and patient phone calls. Tori previously worked in a similar role for a pediatric cardiologist in Louisiana before moving to Mississippi. Tori is excited to use her customer service skillset and familiarity with Epic, MCAM’s electronic health record system, to help each patient and family have the best experience at MCAM. Her favorite part about her role is interacting with patients and getting to know them! In her free time, Tori enjoys watching her favorite shows, such as Big Brother, and spending time with friends and family.

Kelly Herring

Kelly Herring serves as a Referral Coordinator for the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. She works to provide a family-centered approach to the orientation and education of patient families upon scheduling and patient reminders. Ms. Herring has previously served as the referral coordinator at the Prenatal Diagnostic Center working with Dr. Ken Perry for eight years. Kelly is married and has two daughters, Destiny and Kirstie who both graduated from Mississippi State University In her spare time, she enjoys cooking/baking and attending MSU sporting events.

Courtney Hill, AA

Courtney Hill works as a Patient Services Representative at the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this position, Courtney works primarily at MCAM’s Baptist Drive campus to greet patient families with a smile and a willingness to serve them. Ms. Hill holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Dental Assisting from Antonelli College. Prior to MCAM, Courtney has held a variety of customer service roles and has also served as a pre-kindergarten teacher. Courtney looks forward to bringing her passion for helping others to MCAM and to building relationships with patients and families. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cheering on the New Orleans Saints.

Deana Hill, AA

Deana Hill serves as the Director of Operations for the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this role, Deana oversees MCAM’s Baptist Drive campus and serves as the organization key contact for coordinating outreach schedules for MCAM physicians across Mississippi. She also works with a variety of educational programs and students who rotate through MCAM to assist with setting them up hands-on education at MCAM. Deana’s approach to pediatric healthcare helps ensure that children and their families feel safe and well cared for from the moment they arrive. She also provides feedback to the care team regarding quality and patient satisfaction. Deana has over 10 years of front-office experience in a pediatric subspecialty practice and over 30 years of healthcare experience. Deana enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and three children, Jordan, Baylee, and Travis and is active in her church community.

Pamela James, BS

Pamela James works as a Patient Services Representative at MCAM in Madison. In this role, Pamela serves patient families by answering phones, checking patients in and out and strives to greet each patient with a friendly smile and willingness to help. Mrs. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to MCAM, Pamela worked as a patient account representative at a primarily pediatric clinic in Hattiesburg. Pamela is passionate about making life better for children and has experience as a preschool teacher prior to her work in healthcare. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Geoffrey, and their dog, Bonzo. She also enjoys cheering on the USM Golden Eagles and New Orleans Saints.

Jayda Medina

Jayda Medina serves as a Patient Services Representative at MCAM, primarily working out of the Old Canton Road offices. Jayda’s role includes patient check-in, scheduling appointments, answering the phone lines and greeting patients and families with a warm smile and willingness to help. Ms. Medina holds a Medical Assistant diploma from South Texas Vo-Tech. Jayda has strong customer service experience having previously worked as a front desk agent at the Alluvian Hotel in Greenwood. At MCAM, Jayda will work to provide all patients and families with a warm welcome and helpful demeanor. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting and spending time with her family.

Ashley Morgan serves as the Assistant Director of Operations & Credentialing Manager at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. Ashley leads the credentialing process for new physicians including helping them obtain a Mississippi medical license, hospital privileges and getting them in network with payers in Mississippi. Further, she is responsible for ensuring that all staff licenses are up to date. Ms. Morgan also oversees the administrative aspects including patient check-in at the new office on Old Canton Road. Prior to joining MCAM, Ashley was working in a pediatric health care setting where she served as an business operations supervisor and administrative assistant. She also has experience at Dyatech, Equity Solutions, and Saks Incorporated in a variety of customer service oriented roles. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys working out, reading a good book, cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs and most importantly spending family time with her husband, Fred, and son, Trevor.

Lauren Ogden

Lauren Ogden works at MCAM’s location in Slidell, Louisiana, the Louisiana Center for Advanced Medicine, which provides care to both pediatric and adult hematology patients. In this role, Lauren serves patients and families by answering phones, processing referrals, checking patients in and greeting each patient. Exhibiting great communication skills, she works to greet every patient with a smile and willingness to help. Lauren is passionate about having the ability to positively impact patients and families at MCAM. Ms. Ogden possesses a strong background in healthcare front office operations having worked her way up from a sales associate to a general manager role at a large optometry group in Louisiana. Lauren is a native of Slidell and in her free time she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her son, Phoenix.

Marilyn Redmond, AS

Marilyn Redmond works as a Patient Services Representative at MCAM’s Tupelo office, serving pediatric endocrinology patients. In this role, Marilyn serves patient families by greeting each patient with a welcoming smile and willingness to help, answering phones, processing referrals, and checking patients in and out. Ms. Redmond holds an Associates of Applied Science in Medical Office Technology from Northwest Community College in Oxford. Marilyn is passionate about working in a pediatric healthcare environment and has experience in a variety of medical office settings. She also has worked in a logistics role at FedEx Logistics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and new grandson, Bryce, and is looking forward to a rewarding career at MCAM.

Pamela Thomas, AA

Pamela Thomas serves as a Referral Coordinator for the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. She works to provide a family-centered approach to the orientation and education of patient families as well as scheduling and providing patient reminders. She also assists with special projects and other assignments. She has an Associates of Art degree in Business Administration from Hinds Community College in Utica, Mississippi. Pam has approximately fifteen years of experience in a pediatric hematology/oncology setting where she assisted with patient intake, registration and orientation, and training new employees. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her two children, Shabrecka and LaDarrius, and cooking.
