Kristinna Burditt serves as a Marketing and Patient Services Representative at MCAM where she works primarily out of the 401 Baptist Drive offices. Kristinna’s role includes checking patients in and out, scheduling new and return visits and greeting patient families with a smile and a willingness to help. Ms. Burditt also utilizes her creative skills on marketing projects for MCAM and assistance with the website. Prior to MCAM, she served as the Wish Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Mississippi where she organized the entire wish process for each child’s wish including all of the travel, accommodations, and itinerary logistics. She has also worked as an Administrative Marketing Coordinator for Trustmark National Bank and a Volunteer Coordinator for Mississippi Food Network. Ms. Burditt is married to Wade and they have one daughter, Annison. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Amber Davis, BS
Amber Davis is a Patient Services Representative at the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine, working primarily at MCAM’s Old Canton Road campus in Madison. In this role, Amber serves patient families by welcoming them to MCAM, registering them for appointments, and answering phones. Mrs. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delta State University. Amber’s healthcare experience includes time as a pediatric neurophysiology technician and an operating room surgical support technician. She also has experience in a variety of retail and customer service-oriented positions. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Mississippi State Bulldogs and spending time with her husband, Mitch, and son, Jack Carroll.
Kamille Fields serves as a Patient Services Representative at MCAM, primarily working out of the Old Canton Road offices. Kamille’s role includes patient check-in, scheduling appointments, answering the phone lines and greeting patient families with a warm smile and willingness to help. Mrs. Fields holds a certificate in Medical Office Administration from Ivy Tech Community College. Kamille has extensive experience working in a pediatric healthcare administrative setting and as a child caregiver. At MCAM, Kamille will be working to serve pediatric audiology, pediatric plastic surgery and neuromuscular medicine patients and their families. In her spare time, she enjoys utilizing her cosmetology license and volunteering in Bible education classes. Kamille moved to Mississippi when she got married in 2014 and as an Indiana native she enjoys cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish!
Ashley Googe, BS
Ashley Googe serves as a Referral Coordinator at MCAM, primarily scheduling both incoming and outgoing referrals for audiology, endocrinology, orthopedic surgery and rheumatology. Ashley’s role includes scheduling new patient referrals from outside of MCAM and scheduling additional referrals when an MCAM subspecialist would like to refer a patient to another provider. Mrs. Googe holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining MCAM she held a variety of roles at the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association and has provided in-home childcare for a special needs child. While patient families typically interact with Ashley on the phone, they should know that Ashley always has a smile on her face and approaches each referral with a willingness to help. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys being around family and spending time outdoors including hiking, biking and playing soccer.
Ashley Guerdan, BS
Ashley Guerdan serves as a Patient Services Representative at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this role, Ashley works primarily at MCAM’s Baptist Drive office greeting patients with a friendly smile and service oriented approach. Ashley works to check patients in, assists with patient and MyChart registration and processes referrals, phone calls and faxes. Ashley’s healthcare experience includes working in an administrative support role in a pediatric gastroenterology setting. She also has experience in a variety of customer service oriented roles including an office manager at Anser Services, a general manager at Jo To Go and as a general manager at Little Caesar’s. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
Michelle Guerdan serves as a Patient Services Representative at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this role, she works predominately at MCAM’s Old Canton Road campus in Madison. Michelle provides a family-centered approach to patient registration and answering phone calls. Prior to joining MCAM, Michelle has over twenty years of experience as a medical transcriptionist where she converted healthcare provider voice recordings into written documentation of the patient encounter. She also worked as an administrative assistant in a medical practice setting. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Kelly Herring is a Patient Services Representative for the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. Kelly also serves as MCAM’s referral coordinator. She works to provide a family-centered approach to the orientation and education of patient families upon arrival, patient check-in, check-out, scheduling and patient reminders. Ms. Herring has previously served as the referral coordinator at the Prenatal Diagnostic Center working with Dr. Ken Perry for eight years. Kelly is married and has two daughters, Destiny and Kirstie who both graduated from Mississippi State University In her spare time, she enjoys cooking/baking and attending MSU sporting events.
Deana Hill, AA
Deana Hill serves as the Director of Operations for the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this role, Deana works to provide a patient family-centered approach to the orientation and education of patient families upon arrival, patient check-in, check-out, scheduling and patient reminders. She also provides feedback to the care team regarding quality and patient satisfaction. Deana’s approach to pediatric healthcare helps ensure that children and their families feel safe and well cared for from the moment they arrive. Deana has 8 years of front-office experience in a pediatric subspecialty practice and over 19 years of healthcare experience. Deana enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and three children, Jordan, Baylee, and Travis and is active in her church community.
Ashley Morgan serves as the Assistant Director of Operations & Credentialing Manager at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. Ashley leads the credentialing process for new physicians including helping them obtain a Mississippi medical license, hospital privileges and getting them in network with payers in Mississippi. Further, she is responsible for ensuring that all staff licenses are up to date. Ms. Morgan also oversees the administrative aspects including patient check-in at the new office on Old Canton Road. Prior to joining MCAM, Ashley was working in a pediatric health care setting where she served as an business operations supervisor and administrative assistant. She also has experience at Dyatech, Equity Solutions, and Saks Incorporated in a variety of customer service oriented roles. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys working out, reading a good book, cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs and most importantly spending family time with her husband, Fred, and son, Trevor.
Katie O’Brien, BA
Katie O’Brien works as a Patient Services Representative at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. In this position, Katie serves in a float position where she fills in at different locations for MCAM depending upon the area of greatest need for the day. She works to greet patient families with a smile and a willingness to serve them. Prior to MCAM, Katie worked as an executive assistant to the managing partner at HORNE LLP and also has experience in human resources. Ms. O’Brien holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University and is excited about her new role in pediatric healthcare setting. In her free time, Katie enjoys working out, reading and journaling.
Aracely Rangel, BA
Aracely Rangel serves as a Patient Services Representative, primarily located at MCAM’s offices on Old Canton Road in Madison. Ms. Rangel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at San Antonio. At MCAM, Aracely’s primary responsibilities include patient check in and registration and patient phone calls. Aracely will also be assisting with MCAM’s marketing materials and website. Ms. Rangel is bilingual and looks forward to serving MCAM’s growing population of patients who communicate in Spanish. Prior to MCAM, Aracely worked at Circle of Care Home Health in San Antonio where she obtained prior authorizations for patient treatment. She also has retail experience at Babies “R” Us and Payless Shoesource. In her spare time, Aracely enjoys spending time with her family, working out and cheering on her favorite football teams, the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns.
Marilyn Redmond, AS
Marilyn Redmond works as a Patient Services Representative at MCAM’s Tupelo office, serving pediatric endocrinology patients. In this role, Marilyn serves patient families by greeting each patient with a welcoming smile and willingness to help, answering phones, processing referrals, and checking patients in and out. Ms. Redmond holds an Associates of Applied Science in Medical Office Technology from Northwest Community College in Oxford. Marilyn is passionate about working in a pediatric healthcare environment and has experience in a variety of medical office settings. She also has worked in a logistics role at FedEx Logistics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and new grandson, Bryce, and is looking forward to a rewarding career at MCAM.
Pamela Thomas, AA
Pamela Thomas serves as a Referral Coordinator for the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. She works to provide a family-centered approach to the orientation and education of patient families as well as scheduling and providing patient reminders. She also assists with special projects and other assignments. She has an Associates of Art degree in Business Administration from Hinds Community College in Utica, Mississippi. Pam has approximately fifteen years of experience in a pediatric hematology/oncology setting where she assisted with patient intake, registration and orientation, and training new employees. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her two children, Shabrecka and LaDarrius, and cooking.
