Meet our amazing pediatricians and staff physicians.

  • Tamina McMillan, MD: Dr. McMillan is a Pediatric Urgent Care physician who received medical training at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN, and finished a pediatric residency at the University of Nevada. Her experience includes two Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), where she provided care to underserved children. Born in South Korea, Dr. McMillan grew up in Virginia, speaks fluent Spanish, and has many joys in her life within and outside MCAM. These interests include reading, writing, cooking, and lifting weights.
  • Melynda Noble, MD: Dr. Noble is the Medical Director for our children’s walk-in clinic in Jackson, MS. Born in Kosciusko, MS, she went to medical school and finished her pediatric residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. With nearly three decades of experience, Dr. Noble still pursues her work passionately and aims to advocate for children throughout Mississippi. Besides her expertise in making pediatric urgent care kid-friendly, she also enjoys beekeeping, golf, and spending time with her grandchildren.
  • Dr. Jasmine Sandhu: Dr. Jasmine Sandhu serves as a Pediatric Urgent Care physician at the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. A central Mississippi native, Dr. Sandhu received her Bachelor of Science in Neurosciences from Tulane University, her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of the Americas and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Prior to joining MCAM, Dr. Sandhu helped build the pediatric hospital medicine and burn programs at Merit Health, where she served as director of inpatient pediatric medicine, pediatric hospitalist, and pediatric burn hospitalist. Dr. Sandhu serves on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Mississippi and is the first physician in the state to do so. She also serves as the Medical Director for Kids Kastle, a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care facility. Dr. Sandhu is fully fluent in four languages including Spanish and is board certified in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Sandhu considers herself an advocate for all children and feels that it is an absolute privilege to care for children in the community. She considers it the biggest honor to have a parent trust her for their child’s care. Dr. Sandhu has spent her career caring and advocating for the underserved pediatric population in Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys family time, watching her children play soccer and golf, volunteering, traveling with her family, playing tennis, and eating!
