





Anna Baldwin, PharmD, BCPS, CCP

Anna Baldwin serves as a Clinical Pharmacist and is an integral part of managing gestational diabetes patients within the Maternal Fetal Medicine program at MCAM. She works directly with the physicians, the care team and the patient and family to ensure the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes. Anna graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and magna cum laude with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Anna completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with an emphasis in ambulatory care. She has achieved certification as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and as a Chronic Care Professional (CCP). Anna has an impressive array of experience including roles as a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in diabetes at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, as an abdominal transplant pharmacist at an academic medical center and as the Metabolic Health Management Coordinator and Manager of Clinical Population Health at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi. Her clinical responsibilities at MCAM include diabetes, endocrinology, and neuromuscular disorders. Anna is married to Ronald Baldwin, and they have three daughters. In her spare time, Anna enjoys serving as a volunteer for a variety of organizations, listening to live music and attending Mississippi State University sporting events.
Kayla Douglas, PharmD

Kayla Douglas is the Director of Pharmacy for MCAM and serves as a Clinical Pharmacist working directly with Dr. Sullivan, the care team and the patient and family to ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes. Kayla graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Ms. Douglas has experience working as a retail pharmacist and has extensive rotational experience that includes inpatient settings, outpatient clinics and retail pharmacies. Kayla’s impressive academic accomplishments include being named Chief Pharmacy Resident and authoring numerous publications, posters and presentations. Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Chase, and is an ardent Ole Miss football fan.
Molly Hollingsworth, PharmD

Molly Hollingsworth serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. Molly provides medication management and adherence for patients who receive their outpatient prescriptions from MCAM. Additionally, Ms. Hollingsworth plays a key role in Hemophilia Treatment Center operations, 340B oversight and compliance. Her customer service approach to pharmaceutical care ensures that all patient and family needs are being met. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mississippi and is a cum laude Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) graduate from the University of Mississippi. Molly recently completed a postgraduate residency from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences prior to joining MCAM. In her spare time, she enjoys attending Ole Miss sporting events and grilling out with her husband and two dogs, Dixie and Swayze.
Jennifer Ostrenga, PharmD

Jennifer Ostrenga serves as a Clinical Pharmacist and Director of the Infusion Center for MCAM. She works directly with the care team and the patient and family to ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes. Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Jennifer possesses considerable work experience in a variety of multidisciplinary settings including maternal fetal medicine, infusion therapy, pediatric inpatient pharmacy, the neonatal intensive care unit, and other critical care and inpatient settings. She currently leads the infusion program at MCAM for pediatric Rheumatology patients. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, and their two children. She likes trying new restaurants, party planning, traveling, and Ole Miss sports.
Nicole Pichon, PharmD, BCPPS

Nicole Pichon serves as a clinical pharmacist at MCAM’s new location in Slidell, Louisiana – the Louisiana Center for Advanced Medicine. Nicole graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Nicole is a Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist (BCPPS) and has devoted the vast majority of her career to serving children. Ms. Pichon completed post graduate rotations at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital and has spent the last 15 years as the lead pediatric clinical pharmacist at Tulane Medical Center. Nicole’s pediatric skill set includes medication management for a wide variety of complex disease states in a children’s hospital setting. Her background also includes serving as the clinical manager and staff pharmacist at Tulane and as a staff pharmacist at Eckerd Drugs. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, knitting and spending time with her husband and three children.
Meredith Vance, PharmD

Meredith Vance serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine. Meredith provides pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, and counseling patients regarding their medication needs. At MCAM, Ms. Vance plays a key role in specialty pharmacy and Hemophilia Treatment Center operations, 340B oversight and compliance. Her diverse background includes retail, 340B, specialty and inpatient pharmacy experience and includes expertise in order entry, medication dispensing and IV mixing. Prior to joining MCAM, Meredith worked at Greenwood Leflore Hospital where she served as the pharmacist in charge for the retail pharmacy, 340B pharmacy coordinator, and pharmacy buyer. She also has experience at Methodist Rehabilitation Center where she worked collaboratively with prescribers to provide individualized medication regimens. Meredith received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delta State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and spending time with her husband and three children.
